About The Vendor:
Bingham Equipment Company was founded in 1955; we are in our third generation as a family owned business with 9 locations throughout Arizona. Each of our locations is a full service dealership with the ability to provide Sales, Parts, Rental and Service support to our varied customers. Currently Bingham Equipment provides a comprehensive line of grounds maintenance equipment statewide via our current Mohave Contract, including tractor loaders, mowers and hand-held equipment from a number of recognized industry leaders including Kubota and Stihl to name a couple, and provide full Sales, and Service support for much of Arizona.
We understand the needs of our municipal and school district customers and value long-term relationships built on serving our customer's needs. In order to best serve our Governmental and School District customers we employ two full time municipal sales and application specialists who are ready to help maximize the value we provide to our end users and help enable us to be "The Brand of Confidence Since 1955."

- IFB or RFP: A copy of the complete IFB or RFP. Addenda, if any, are included.
- Request for Best & Final Offer: A copy of the Request for Best & Final Offers issued for competitive sealed proposals.
- Bid or Proposal: A copy of the bid or proposal submitted by the vendor. For proposals, the vendor's best & final offer, if any, is included in this file.
- Award, Extensions and Amendments: Copies of the evaluation and award documents, contract extensions and contract amendments, if applicable.
- Pricing Summary: Document indicating where to access pricing for the contract. Also includes additional pricing comparison document used during the evaluation process.
- Due Diligence Tutorial: A step-by-step guide to assist in performing due diligence reviews of Mohave contracts.
